The main technical features:
  • Single phase 230-240V motors: you can put them anywhere in the bakery.

  • Stainless steel rollers.
  • fully removable stainless steel structures supporting the conveyor belts.
  • Optimum differentiated speeds between the input conveyor belt (slightly slower) and the output conveyor belt (slightly faster). This avoids any stretching or tearing of the dough going through the cylinders
  • Easy setting of the space between the cylinders using a handle
  • Simple removal of scrapers and belts for cleaning or replacement

  2. Model LAM 620/624/630: Free standing models with castors. Working width 600 mm. Llength:200cm (LAM620), 240cm (LAM624) or 300cm (LAM630). Manual and pedal controls to reverse direction of belts. Space between cylinders up to 30 mm. A croissant cutter can be fitted to LAM624 and LAM630 as an option.
