MERAND HYDRAULIC DIVIDERS

MERAND HYDRAULIC DIVIDERS Merand Mecapate are the specialists in low stress dough processing machines and their hydraulic dividers are simply the best. The dough is divided using only a third of the pressure normally applied by standard dividers (of course, Merand dividers can also apply high pressure if it is required!). The low pressure means that with Merand dividers you won't hear the usual Shhh! of the gas escaping when the dough is divided: the dough will keep the goodness that fermentation has produced and your process will be faster and produce a better bread.

Ertalyte, a new hygienic material already used in the medical and pharmaceutical industry, is used to make the non-stick plates.


The tank is made of aluminium for better hygiene and easier cleaning.
Another strong point is that the machine is very easy to clean: 2 doors give access to the inside of the machine, For the Diva models, the stainless steel knives are automatically raised with a handle and this keeps cleaning time to an absolute minimum. The Div-X and the Atoupains models divide the dough by pressing it through a grid. There is a choice of 4 grids: 10, 20, 40 and 60 divisions.
