Merand Mecapate are the specialists in low stress

Ertalyte, a new hygienic material already used in the medical and
pharmaceutical industry, is used to make the non-stick plates.
The tank is made of aluminium for better hygiene and easier cleaning.
Another strong point is that this machine is very easy to clean: 2 doors
give access to the inside of the machine, the stainless steel knives are
automatically raised with a handle and this keeps cleaning time to an
absolute minimum.
