Torrents bread moulder F-600 is fast and highly versatile.
It is easy to use and can mould dough to suit almost any requirement of a modern bakery.

Features:
- Dough pieces from 50g to 1000g
- Shapes loaves up to a length of 600 mm
- Moulds up to 3000 loaves per hour
- Distance between the cylinders is easily set with a lever
- Length of the loaves is easily adjusted by a wheel, that controls the distance between the belts
- The shape of the ends of the loaves can be set
- Equipped with a piece-centring device.

Merand Mecapate are also simple to maintain: the moulders are very easy to clean, scrapers and belts can be quickly dismantled to be cleaned or replaced.

The range is composed of 3 vertical moulders and 2 horizontal moulders.
The vertical ones are:
- the Tenor 2, equipped with 2 rollers of different diameters. This is equivalent to standard machines with one advancing roller and 2 laminating rollers of the same diameter
- the Tregor PPR, equipped with a pre-laminating roller and 2 laminating rollers
- the Tregor Star: the base of this machine is a Tregor PPR which has been fitted with 3 extra, patented systems:
- Alveo+ which helps preserve the honeycomb structure of the bread,
- Pointop for the automatic processing of baguettes and loaves with pointed ends,
- Rolls-coup for the automatic cutting of a baguette into rolls (different versions available)
The horizontal moulders are:
- The Armor ABS (3 versions: ABS standard, ABS II, ABS Tradition) For traditional moulding on a fixed table to stretch the dough without warming it. This is particularly adapted to delicate dough, dough with a high moisture content, dough containing yeast, etc
- The Armor Universelle for high production. Integrated system with cutter and separator for rolls before they are placed on baking trays.
